HLX Hauling provides junk removal, clean out, and demolition services in Deer Park, Pasadena, La Porte, and surrounding Harris County, Texas suburbs. Service availability, scheduling, and final pricing are subject to confirmation and may vary based on job-site conditions.
Estimates provided through our website, pricing calculator, or booking tool are good-faith approximations based on the information you provide. Final pricing depends on volume, weight, accessibility, and materials, and will be confirmed with you before work begins. We reserve the right to adjust a quote if the actual scope of work differs materially from what was described at booking, with your approval before proceeding.
Certain bookings may require a refundable or non-refundable deposit to reserve your appointment window, as disclosed at the time of booking. Deposit terms, including cancellation and rescheduling policies, will be clearly communicated during the booking process.
You agree to provide accurate information about the items and job site, to disclose any hazardous materials, and to ensure safe and reasonable access for our crew. You are responsible for removing personal, sensitive, or valuable items from furniture or areas being cleared unless otherwise arranged.
We do not accept hazardous materials, including but not limited to paint, chemicals, solvents, asbestos, and medical waste. Customers are responsible for properly disposing of such materials separately.
We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made as early as possible. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of a booking deposit, where applicable.
While our crews take great care with your property, HLX Hauling's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or for items left in furniture or areas cleared without prior disclosure.
HLX Hauling maintains general liability insurance covering our operations. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
